2023年7月31日，弘石律所磨憨分所执业律师汪靖龙从云南省司法厅律师管理处领取了云南弘石（磨憨-磨丁经济合作区）律师事务所执业证书，以及分所执业律师杨鹏、桂进莫、汪靖龙执业证书。磨憨分所执业证书签发日期为2023年7月21日，分所律师执业证书签发日期为2023年7月26日。
2023年7月20日，云南省司法厅作出行政许可决定，批准云南弘石（磨憨-磨丁经济合作区）律师事务所设立。
2023年6月29日，云南弘石（磨憨-磨丁经济合作区）律师事务所名称预先核准通过。
2023年6月16日，云南弘石律师事务所合伙人会议决定同意由弘石律所法律风险管理团队以弘石律所名义依法设立弘石律所磨憨分所。
2023年6月13日，法风管团队向弘石律所申请批准设立弘石律所磨憨分所。
2023年6月10日至11日，弘石律所法风管团队汪卫平、许灿虎、李雨珂、张川、刘力铭到磨憨进行设立弘石律所磨憨分所可行性调研考察。
2023年5月31日至6月1日，汪卫平到老挝磨丁经济特区、中国老挝磨憨-磨丁经济合作区考察，形成设立弘石律所磨憨分所初步意向。
News| G-stone Law Firm Mohan Branch Approved to Practice
On July 31, 2023, Wang Jinglong, an attorney at Mohan Branch of G-stone Law Firm, obtained the practicing certificate of Yunnan G-stone (Mohan-Boten Economic Cooperation Zone) Law Firm from the Lawyers Management Office of Yunnan Provincial Department of Justice, as well as the practicing certificates of the branch attorneys, Yang Peng, Gui Jinmo, and Wang Jinglong. The issuance date of the practicing certificate of Mohan Branch is July 21, 2023, and the issuance date of the attorneys’ practicing certificate of the Branch is July 26, 2023.
On July 20, 2023, the Yunnan Provincial Department of Justice made an administrative licensing decision, approving the establishment of Yunnan G-stone (Mohan-Boten Economic Cooperation Zone) Law Firm.
On June 29, 2023, the name of Yunnan G-stone (Mohan-Boten Economic Cooperation Zone) Law Firm was pre-approved.
On June 16, 2023, the partners’ meeting of Yunnan G-stone Law Firm decided to approve the legal risk management team(LRMT) of G-stone Law Firm to establish the Mohan Branch of G-stone Law Firm with the name of G-stone Law Firm in accordance with the law.
On June 13, 2023, the LRMT applied to Gstone Law Firm for approval to establish the Mohan Branch of G-stone Law Firm.
From June 10th to 11th, 2023, Wang Weiping, Xu Canhu, Li Yuke, Zhang Chuan, and Liu Liming from the LRMT of G-stone Law Firm went to Mohan to conduct a feasibility study on establishment of the Mohan branch of G-stone Law Firm.
From May 31 to June 1, 2023, Wang Weiping visited the Boten Special Economic Zone in Laos and the China-Laos Mohan- Boten Economic Cooperation Zone, and formed a preliminary intention to establish the Mohan Branch of the G-stone Law Firm.
