为开创“校企合作”新局面,拓宽律师事务所人才引进及高校毕业生实习、就业渠道,2023年3月17日上午,云南经济管理学院商学院学生科科长段晓涛、实践中心主任宋振、法学教研室专职教师高飞、张溪田一行到我所座谈交流。云南弘石律师事务所党支部书记王武、副书记杨鹏、事务所副主任汪卫平、合伙人刘文峰、法风管团队第二负责人许灿虎、律师助理钟威参加了座谈。双方就商学院法律人才培养、学生在校期间到律所实习、学生毕业后到律所就业、弘石律所律师到学校与法科学生进行职业生涯设计交流、提供案例教学实践、法律课题联合研究、双方教师、律师互派互学互鉴等方面展开深入、广泛的交流、探讨。

杨鹏主持座谈并对弘石律所及法律风险管理团队基本情况、业务布局、特色业务及人才需求等方面进行了介绍,并介绍了弘石律所党支部基本情况。杨鹏强调,法风管团队致力于发展涉外法律业务,形成“内外兼修”的业务结构,因此迫切希望更多的涉外法律人才加入团队。
段晓涛介绍了云南经济管理学院商学院的专业构成、学生生源、毕业生基本情况以及法学专业的就业率。他表示,不少法学专业学生在就业方面存在思维误区,过分看重“考公”,未结合社会形势树立正确择业观,缺乏对于律所和律师工作的正确认识,对从事律师工作存在一定担忧,希望弘石律所运用专业特长、创新方式,到学校开展培训交流,让学生正确认识律师工作,拓宽就业思路。段晓涛介绍,商学院具有外贸方面的专业,与东南亚相关院校建立了合作关系,希望通过与律所合作,为学生获取更多的实践机会,将学生的专业学习与律所的涉外业务发展结合起来,实现商业效果与专业教学的融合与突破。此外,希望能够结合弘石律所实际岗位需求,推荐优秀学生到弘石律所实习、就业。
弘石律所合伙人刘文峰介绍了所在金融团队的基本情况以及过往招聘实施方案及效果、当前招聘需求以及招聘工作中面临的问题和困境,对商学院提出的相关合作构想进行了积极回应。

To create a new situation of “Colleage-Enterprise Cooperation” and broaden the channel of law firm talent introduction and college graduates’ internship and employment, on the morning of March 17, 2023, Duan Xiaotao, head of student section, Song Zhen, director of practice center, Gao Fei and Zhang Xitian, full-time teachers of law teaching and research department of Business School of Yunnan University Of Bussiness Management came to our firm for discussion and exchange. Yunnan G-stone Law Firm Party branch secretary Wang Wu, deputy secretary Yang Peng, deputy director of the law firm Wang Weiping, partner Liu Wenfeng, the second head of the legal risk management team Xu Chanhu, lawyer assistant Zhong Wei attended the discussion. The two sides conducted in-depth and extensive exchanges and discussions around the following aspects:
1.Legal talents training in the business school; 2. Students’ internship in law firms during their school years; 3. Students’ employment in law firms after graduation; 4. Career design exchanges between G-stone Law Firm lawyers and law students at the school; 5. Provision of case teaching practices; 6. Joint research on legal topics; 7. Exchange teachers and lawyers from both sides, learning and meriting from each other, etc.
On behalf of G-stone Law Firm, Wang Wu expressed a warm welcome to the visit of the guests from the Business School of Yunnan University of Bussiness Management, and expected that could achieve complementary advantages and achieve a win-win situation through the exchange and cooperation between the two sides.
Yang Peng chaired this discussion and introduced the basic situation of G-stone Law Firm and the legal risk management team, business layout, special business and talent needs, and introduced the basic situation of the Party branch of G-stone Law Firm. Yang Peng stressed that the legal risk management team is committed to the development of foreign-related legal business, forming a business structure of “both internal and external”, therefore urgently hoped that more foreign-related legal talent join the team.
Duan Xiaotao introduced the professional composition, student population, basic situation of graduates and employment rate of law majors in the Business School of Yunnan University of Bussiness Management. He said that many law major students have misconceptions about employment, over-emphasizing the “civil service examination”, not taking into account the social situation to establish a correct view of career choice, lacking a correct understanding of law firms and lawyers’ work, and having worries about working as a lawyer. He hoped that G-stone Law Firm could take advantage of professional strengths and innovative methods to conduct training and exchanges in schools, so that students can have a correct understanding of lawyers’ work and broaden their employment ideas. Duan Xiaotao introduced that the Business School has a major in foreign trade and has established cooperation with relevant colleges and universities in Southeast Asia. He hoped to obtain more practical opportunities for students through cooperation with law firms, combine students’ professional learning with the development of foreign-related business in law firms, and achieve the integration and breakthrough of business effect and professional teaching. In addition, he hoped to be able to recommend outstanding students for internship and employment at G-stone Law Firm in conjunction with the actual job demand of G-stone Law Firm.
Liu Wenfeng, the partner of G-stone Law Firm, introduced the basic situation of the financial team of the law firm, the past recruitment programs and effects, current recruitment needs, and problems and dilemmas faced in the recruitment work, and responded positively to the relevant cooperation ideas proposed by the Business School.
Wang Weiping highly agreed with Duan Xiaotao's proposal. Wang Weiping emphasized that it is an objective reality that law firms have difficulty in recruiting and students have difficulty in employment. The lawyer profession includes both hard work and freedom. More students should know the real situation of the lawyer profession, eliminate students’ misunderstanding, misinterpretation and misjudgment of the lawyer career, establish a correct view of career selection, and welcome graduates who are interested in working as lawyers and meet the recruitment requirements of law firms to join and work at G-stone Law Firm. The legal risk management team has been inclined to give priority to recruiting talents among fresh graduates for several years, and this year’s recruitment demand is larger, and welcoming suitable students from the Business School to the firm for internship and employment. The team pays attention to talent cultivation and is more willing to recruit fresh graduates who have no work experience but are positive and reliable. The team style is steadfast and stable, pursuing excellence, providing generous treatment, focusing on humanistic care, and provide a clear promotion path for each team member.
