为开创合作新局面、推动涉外业务快速高质量发展，2023年1月5日，云南弘石律师事务所与上海传铂律师事务所举办线上战略合作会议。传铂律所主任刘丽芳，合伙人张建华，行政总监聂慧娟，律师陈晶苗，弘石律所副主任、合伙人、法律风险管理团队负责人汪卫平，弘石律所党支部副书记杨鹏，实习律师张川，实习律师刘力铭等出席会议。
会议于上午9:30正式开始，由杨鹏主持。首先，汪卫平发表开幕致辞，对1月8日中国出入境疫情防控政策重大调整给海关法律服务及其他涉外法律服务带来的机遇表达了充分的信心和期待，对本次会议的召开及双方即将展开的战略合作表示欣喜与期待。
情况介绍环节，杨鹏介绍了弘石律所及法律风险管理团队基本情况、发展战略、服务定位、特色业务、开展涉外业务情况及业务布局等情况。刘丽芳与张建华介绍了传铂律所基本情况、业务布局、涉外业务现状等情况。通过介绍，双方进一步加深了了解，树立了战略合作信心。
方案讨论环节，汪卫平就弘石律所与传铂律所在涉外领域合作共赢加以热切展望。汪卫平指出，传铂律所拥有丰富的海关、物流、融资租赁、国际贸易诉讼与非诉实务经验，具有业务精、专业强、资源广、品牌好等优势。弘石律所立志打造传承百年的一流律所，在涉外法律服务领域勉力寻求突破，希望能够借助传铂律所的业务专长和品牌优势，借风使船，在RCEP、海关等涉外法律服务领域实现业务快速发展。汪卫平强调，律所之间应注重以优质服务开拓、巩固法律服务市场，而不应当以低价竞争方式抢占市场，律所之间的合理、正当竞争一直存在，不应排除，但律所、律师之间更应当把握合作带来的机遇。律所之间兼并与被兼并或者加盟连锁，是律所寻求规模化发展的有效尝试和当下潮流，但并非律所发展壮大的唯一模式。弘石律所在与唯真律所建立战略合作关系的基础上，进一步与传铂律所寻求战略合作，实际上就是在探索律所高质量发展的另一条道路。
刘丽芳对汪卫平所提出的以提供优质服务和开展律所之间合作寻求发展的方式、理念表示高度认同。刘丽芳表示，低价竞争并非律所发展的长久之道，优质服务、合作共赢才是一条长期的、稳健的发展道路。通过与客户保持紧密联系、了解并满足客户实际需求，向客户提供优质服务是传铂律所终始如一的服务理念与发展方向。刘丽芳认为，弘石律所立足对外开放的前沿，拥有良好的地域优势与广阔的涉外市场资源，与传铂律所能够优势互补。
张建华表示，弘石律所是传统意义上的提供综合性法律服务的律所，而传铂律所是专注特定业务领域的精品律所，双方优势互补是合作的坚实基础；双方在合作共赢的价值理念上高度契合，是合作的前提。未来，云南在口岸通关、区位通道与面向南亚东南亚的桥头堡优势将日益凸显，传铂律所希望能够联合弘石律所深入挖掘南亚东南亚客户与业务，携手实现建设百年律所的远大理想。
签约环节，刘丽芳与杨鹏代表各自律所签署《战略合作协议》，双方以优势互补、合作共赢、共谋更快更好发展为目标，树立协力打造百年律所美好愿景，在业务能力提升、业务信息共享、业务开拓、业务办理、加强人才培养、加强事务所管理、抵制恶性竞争等方面达成高度共识，共同勾勒合作共赢宏伟蓝图。

During the program discussion, Wang Weiping made a keen prospect for win-win cooperation between G-stone Law Firm and Trans Bright Law Firm in foreign-related fields. Wang Weiping pointed out that Trans Bright Law Firm has rich litigation and non-litigation practical experience in customs, logistics financial leases, international trade, and has the advantages of excellent business, strong expertise, wide resource, and good brand. Wang Weiping stressed that law firms should focus on developing and consolidating the legal service market with high-quality services, rather than seizing the market with low price competition. Reasonable and legitimate competition between law firms has always existed and should not be ruled out, but law firms and lawyers should seize the opportunities brought by cooperation. Merger and being merged between law firms or franchise are effective attempts and current trends for law firms to seek large-scale development, but they are not the only model for law firms to grow.
