2022年12月13日，《云南唯真律师事务所与云南弘石律师事务所战略合作协议》签约仪式在云南唯真律师事务所隆重举行。唯真律所党支部书记、合伙人杜远鑫，合伙人、东南亚法律中心主任毕春良，唯真柬埔寨分所副主任姜红等，弘石律所副主任、合伙人、法律风险管理团队负责人汪卫平，法律风险管理团队第二负责人许灿虎，弘石律所党支部副书记杨鹏等，出席本次签约仪式。
签约仪式于15时正式开始，由姜红主持。杜远鑫发表致辞，对弘石律所一行表示热烈欢迎，汪卫平就唯真律所精心安排本次会议表示感谢。杨鹏对弘石律所及法律风险管理团队基本情况、发展战略、业务布局、业务优势、涉外法律服务开展情况及前景展望进行介绍，汪卫平及同行人员加以补充。毕春良着重对唯真律所四家境外分所设立、运营及业务开展情况、主要涉外法律服务业绩等相关情况进行详细介绍。姜红从中老铁路开通运营一年多，RCEP生效施行近一年，国家疫情防控政策发生重大调整等角度，预判南亚东南亚国家法律服务市场将迎来勃勃生机。在轻松、热烈的氛围中，双方就全面开展战略合作进行了深入交流。
毕春良表示，弘石律所成立时间长、研发及服务能力强、社会信誉好，弘石律所法律风险管理团队在劳动用工、电力能源等领域具有行业领先优势，希望今后双方能够在传统业务和涉外法律业务领域优势互补、通力合作，为双方打造立足于云南本土，业务或机构辐射南亚、东南亚及其他国家或地区的知名度高、影响力大的律所而互相支持、互相成就。
汪卫平表示，唯真律所专业化、国际化程度高，响应国家“一带一路”倡议，不但成立东南亚法律服务中心，还在老挝、缅甸、柬埔寨、越南开设分所，是云南律所在南亚东南亚国家设立分所最早的律所之一。弘石律所作为一家短期没有设立境外分所计划的律所，希望借助唯真所的涉外业务品牌优势和境外分所的机构、人员、业务和客户的辐射优势，借船出海，发挥弘石所在劳动用工、电力法律、招标投标、合同法律、软课题研究、地方立法、尽职调查、战略管理、风险管理、项目管理的优势，整合资源、互相支持、互利互惠，实现合作共赢。
