为深化双方战略合作，2022年11月20日，云南弘石律师事务所与昆明经济技术开发区中治矛盾纠纷预防与多元化解管理中心深化战略合作研讨会在云南弘石律师事务所召开。中治管理中心主任王辉明、副主任王维庄、行政秘书柯丽金、黄旭，弘石律所副主任、法律风险管理团队负责人汪卫平、法律风险管理团队第二负责人许灿虎、弘石律所党支部副书记杨鹏、律师助理张川、刘力铭、申西芝、惠乾、解佳出席本次会议。会议由杨鹏主持。
16时，在轻松愉快的氛围中，研讨会正式开始。汪卫平对中治管理中心一行到访研讨表示热烈欢迎并诚挚感谢后，杨鹏首先简要介绍了双方参会人员，接着介绍了弘石律所的基本情况、主要荣誉、业务范围，最后介绍了弘石律所法律风险管理团队基本情况。
王辉明简要介绍了个人从业经历、从业理念及中治管理中心发展规划，并以“专业律师如何抢抓境内外商事争议解决的业务风口”为题，深入浅出、旁征博引，娓娓道来，以详实的数据、生动的案例、缜密的逻辑、睿智的思辨揭示了我国仲裁事业发展现状，展望了国内外商事仲裁发展前景，指明了律师参与国内外商事仲裁业务的路径与方法。
汪卫平介绍了双方战略合作协议履行情况及弘石律所在一带一路业务发展方面采取的主要举措、取得的重大进展。
双方围绕主题，就相关具体问题进行了深度沟通，并对双方战略合作前景予以展望，进一步细化了合作方案，就深化双方战略合作更加坚定了信心。

On November 20, 2022, in order to deepen the strategic cooperation between the two sides, the seminar on deepening strategic cooperation between Yunnan G-stone Law Firm and Kunming Economic and Technological Development Zone Chinese Governance Conflict Prevention and Multi-Resolution Center (KCGCPMC) was held in G-stone Law Firm. Members attending the seminar include：

G-stone Law Firm : lawyer Wang Weiping, deputy director and legal risk management team leader, lawyer Xu canhu, the second head of the legal risk management team, lawyer Yang Peng, deputy secretary of the Party branch of the law firm and Zhang Chuan, Liu Liming, Shen Xizhi, Hui Qian, Xie Jia, all as lawyer assistant.

At 16:00, the seminar officially started in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. After Wang Weiping expressed warm welcome and sincere thanks to the visit and discussion of the KCGCPMC members, Yang Peng first briefly introduced the participants of both parties, then introduced the basic situation, main honors and business scope of G-stone Law Firm, and finally introduced the basic situation of G-stone Law Firm's legal risk management team.
Wang Huiming briefly presented his personal experience, business philosophy and the development plan of KCGCPMC, and made a speech with the theme of "How professional lawyers seize the business outlet of domestic and foreign commercial dispute resolution". The whole speech was in-depth and easy-to-understand, proved fully and cited exhaustively, fluidly and tirelessly. Which also filled with detailed data, vivid cases, careful logic, and wise thinking, revealed the development status of China's arbitration industry, looked forward to the development prospects of domestic and foreign commercial arbitration, and pointed out the path and methods for lawyers to participate in domestic and foreign arbitration business.
Wang Weiping introduced the implementation of the strategic cooperation agreement between the two sides, as well as the main initiatives and significant progress made by G-stone Law Firm in the development of business related to the “the Belt and Road”.
The two sides carried out in-depth communication on relevant specific issues around the theme, looked forward to the prospect of bilateral strategic cooperation, further refined the cooperation plan, and strengthened confidence in deepening bilateral strategic cooperation.
