Yunnan G-stone Law Firm is a local law firm registered in Kunming to provide comprehensive legal services in Yunnan, with a 20-year history of development and 53 staff members, including 39 practicing lawyers. The firm is currently restructuring its business and is deepening the field of foreign-related legal services. In the whole foreign-related legal service chain, G-stone has chosen to prioritize the development of two segments: customs legal affairs and international commercial dispute resolution.

The cultivation of Kunming international commercial arbitration market is an ambitious international legal services project, which is needed both to improve the internationalized, market-oriented, rule of law and facilitated business environment, to develop the industrialization of international commercial arbitration in Kunming. This project cannot be achieved without the full participation and support of small and medium-sized law firms such as G-stone Law Firm. I am honored to be invited as a representative of a small and medium-sized law firm to speak at the forum. This reflects the inclusiveness, growth and advancement of the project platform, but also indicates that local, small and medium-sized law firms like G-stone, which used to be mainly engaged in domestic non-foreign legal services, have great potential and unlimited space in the field of international commercial arbitration services, and also have a bright future and a long way to go.
围绕弘石律所参与昆明国际商事仲裁市场培育，我提出三个方面的探索与思考，请各位专家、同行予以指正、指导。
Focusing on G-stone Law Firm's participation in the cultivation of Kunming international commercial arbitration market, I propose three aspects of exploration and thinking, and invite experts and peers to correct and guide me.
