2022年9月8日，《中治矛盾纠纷预防与多元化解管理中心与云南弘石律师事务所关于国际商事仲裁服务平台共建战略合作协议》签约仪式在云南弘石律师事务所隆重举行。《战略合作协议》的签订，标志着双方深化合作、携手发展迈出了新的一步。中治中心副主任王维庄、行政秘书黄旭，弘石律所副主任及合伙人汪卫平、合伙人杨阳、事务所党支部副书记杨鹏、律师助理张川出席签约仪式。On September 8, 2022, the signing ceremony of strategic cooperation agreement between Kunming Chinese Governance Conflict Prevention and Multi-Resolution Center (KCGCPMC) and Yunnan G-stone Law Firm on the construction of an international commercial arbitration service platform was grandly held in Yunnan G-stone law firm. The signing of the strategic cooperation agreement marks a new step in deepening cooperation and joint development between the two sides. 下午16时16分，签约仪式正式开始，寓意双方“一带一路”法律服务合作扬帆起航。汪卫平副主任对中治中心一行表示热烈欢迎，并将会议交由杨鹏副书记主持，按照预定会议议程，杨鹏副书记系统介绍了弘石律所历史沿革、组织机构、发展战略、业务特长。弘石律所为“云南优秀律师事务所”，现有执业律师37人，下设法律风险管理、矿产资源与环境保护、金融、人力资源与劳动等多个法律专业服务部门。弘石律所在“一带一路”法律服务领域谋篇布局，制定了各项具体规划，紧扣战略合作宗旨，就与中治中心深化合作进行了热切展望。At 16:16 p.m., the signing ceremony officially began, implying that the legal service cooperation of the two sides under the "the Belt and Road" is set sail. Deputy director Wang Weiping extended a warm welcome to the KCGCPMC members, and asked deputy secretary Yang Peng to preside over the meeting. According to the scheduled agenda, he systematically introduced the history, organization, development strategy and business expertise of G-stone Law Firm. G-stone Law Firm is an "excellent law firm in Yunnan". It has 37 practicing lawyers and has many legal professional service departments including legal risk management, mineral resources and environmental protection, finance, human resources and labor. G-stone Law Firm has worked out a layout in the legal service field of the "the Belt and Road", formulated various specific plans, closely followed the purpose of strategic
cooperation, and earnestly looked forward to deepening cooperation with the KCGCPMC.
王维庄副主任介绍了中治中心的建设历程、取得成效，并就即将于9月17日举办的“自贸区（港）涉外仲裁趋势与展望高端论坛”进行了预告。中治中心致力于搭建更高效的争议解决平台，利用云南的区位优势，整合国内外优势资源，助力中国（云南）自由贸易区昆明片区国际法律服务综合体的建设，助力自贸试验区昆明片区打造国际仲裁庭审目的地以及南中国国际商事争议解决总部基地。9月17日，中治中心作为主办单位，将举办“自贸区（港）涉外仲裁趋势与展望高端论坛”，并发布《中国（云南）自贸区国际仲裁示范规则》。Deputy director Wang Weizhuang introduced the construction process and achievements of the KCGCPMC, and gave a preview of the "High-end Forum on the Trend and Prospect of Foreign-related Arbitration in the Free Trade Zone (Port)" held on September 17. KCGCPMC is committed to building a more efficient dispute resolution platform, making use of Yunnan's geographical advantages, integrating domestic and foreign advantageous resources, helping to build an international legal service complex in Kunming area of China (Yunnan) Free Trade Zone, and helping to build an international arbitration trial destination and a headquarters base for international commercial dispute resolution in South China. On September 17, KCGCPMC, as the host, will hold the "High-end Forum on the Trend and Prospect of Foreign-related Arbitration in the Free Trade Zone (Port)" and issue the "China (Yunnan) Free Trade Zone International Arbitration Model Rules".
在业务交流环节，双方一致认为，此次战略合作协议的签署，进一步增强了双方合作开展涉外法律服务的信心，共同勾画了双方合作共赢的蓝图，下一步，双方将采取切实措施将《战略合作协议》落到实处。In terms of business exchanges, both sides agreed that the signing of this strategic cooperation agreement has further strengthened the confidence of both sides in cooperating in foreign-related legal services, and jointly mapped out a blueprint for win-win cooperation. In the future, both sides will take practical measures to implement the strategic cooperation agreement.
最后，弘石律所副主任汪卫平与中治中心副主任王维庄签署了战略合作协议，双方共同表示将在宣传推广、人才引进、学术交流、涉外业务开展等方面加强合作，共建国际商事仲裁服务平台，为涉外法律服务高质量发展赋能增效。At the end, Wang Weiping, deputy director of G-stone law firm, and Wang Weizhuang, deputy director of KCGCPMC signed the strategic cooperation agreement. The two sides jointly expressed that they would strengthen cooperation in publicity and promotion, talent introduction, academic exchanges, foreign-related business development and other aspects, jointly build an international commercial arbitration service platform, and empower and increase efficiency for the high-quality development of foreign-related legal services.
